1. About Pickle Travelers and these terms

Pickle Travelers is an early-stage project led by Andrew Ecker, exploring interest in a community for traveling pickleball players and potential partner clubs in the United States.

In these terms, “Pickle Travelers,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Andrew Ecker and the authorized team supporting the project. “You” refers to the person using the website or submitting a form.

These Terms of Service cover pickletravelers.com, our traveler waitlist, and our partner-club inquiry process. They do not serve as a paid membership agreement, booking contract, or club partnership agreement.

Please read these terms before submitting a form. Where a form asks you to accept these terms, selecting its acceptance checkbox indicates your agreement. If you do not agree, do not submit that form.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Eligibility

Our traveler waitlist and club-interest forms are intended for adults in the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.

You must provide accurate contact information and submit information only for yourself or with appropriate authority on behalf of a club or organization.

If you submit a club inquiry, you confirm that you are authorized to make that inquiry and provide the relevant club information. An inquiry does not bind the club to a partnership or financial obligation.

3. Traveler waitlist

Joining the waitlist allows you to express interest in Pickle Travelers and receive relevant updates in accordance with your communication choices.

A waitlist submission or confirmation email does not:

• Activate a paid or free membership program.
• Guarantee admission to a future program.
• Reserve a membership number or place in a queue.
• Guarantee a launch date or availability in your area.
• Reserve courts, events, accommodation, or travel.
• Guarantee discounts or access to a particular club.

We use registrations to assess interest and plan the project. We may contact you if a relevant opportunity becomes available, but registration does not require you to purchase anything.

You may ask to leave the waitlist at any time by contacting us. Marketing emails also include an unsubscribe option.

4. Planned membership offers and benefits

Website references to a future community, membership pass, participating-club offers, destinations, events, concierge support, or travel experiences describe features under consideration or development unless expressly identified as currently available.

Benefits that depend on participating clubs or other providers remain subject to the relevant agreements, availability, eligibility rules, and final program terms.

Preliminary founding-member offer

Any reference to a proposed $79 founding membership or the first 500 members describes a preliminary offer for a possible future launch. Joining the free waitlist does not purchase that membership, lock in a price, or guarantee eligibility for a limited offer.

Before accepting payment for a membership, we will communicate the actual price, membership duration, included benefits, any renewal arrangement, eligibility, and applicable cancellation or refund terms.

We may revise or discontinue proposed features before launch. This does not permit us to disregard commitments made under a later purchase or partnership agreement.

5. Partner-club inquiries

Submitting the partner-club form starts a conversation about a possible collaboration. It does not constitute acceptance into a partner program or an agreement to provide discounts, court access, or other services.

A submission does not:

• Create an exclusive relationship.
• Authorize Pickle Travelers to bind your club.
• Commit your club to referral fees or other charges.
• Guarantee bookings, visitors, revenue, or exposure.
• Authorize public use of your club's logo or an announcement that it is a confirmed partner.

Any future partnership will require separate agreement on the scope of participation, offers, availability, brand permissions, fees if any, and each party's responsibilities.

Clubs retain control of their own facilities, pricing, schedules, visitor policies, safety rules, and availability, subject to any separate agreement they choose to enter.

6. Payments and future services

Our current traveler waitlist and club-interest forms do not collect payment or create an automatic billing arrangement. Do not submit payment card details through these forms or ordinary email.

There is no current waitlist subscription to cancel and no waitlist payment to refund.

If paid memberships, bookings, events, or other paid services become available, their purchase terms will be presented before payment. We will not convert a free interest registration into a paid subscription without the required authorization.

These terms do not establish a future no-refund policy or authorize recurring charges.

7. Information and materials you submit

Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and contact us if important details change. Do not impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide.

Do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification documents, medical records, or other sensitive documents in interest forms.

You retain any rights you hold in materials you submit. You permit us to receive, store, and use your submission to administer your inquiry, assess interest, and communicate with you as described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an inquiry does not grant us unrestricted ownership of your materials or permission to publish your personal information, testimonial, photograph, or club logo. Additional public uses require appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

8. Communications and privacy

We may send confirmation emails and respond to your questions or inquiries. Marketing updates are subject to the choices presented on our forms and applicable requirements.

Accepting these terms does not, by itself, provide consent to automated marketing calls or text messages. Any such program will have separate applicable disclosures and consent arrangements.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including our use of service providers and how to make privacy requests.

An unsubscribe request and a request to delete personal information are different requests. You may contact us about either.

9. Acceptable website use

Use the website and forms lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Submit fraudulent, threatening, harassing, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate another person, club, or organization.
• Send spam or use repeated automated submissions to interfere with the forms.
• Attempt unauthorized access to contact records, administrative systems, or other restricted information.
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with website operation or security.
• Harvest personal information or use the website to target other users with unsolicited messages.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person.
• Misrepresent yourself as an approved partner, representative, or agent of Pickle Travelers.

10. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, designs, branding, images, and other materials belong to their respective owners and may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other laws.

You may view the website and save or print reasonable portions for your personal use or to evaluate a potential club relationship.

Except where permitted by law or with appropriate permission, you may not commercially reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose protected website materials. Do not remove ownership notices or use branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement.

You may share ordinary links to our public pages, provided you do not misrepresent your relationship with Pickle Travelers.

11. Third-party websites and services

The website may refer or link to independent clubs, booking platforms, events, social media pages, or travel providers.

A reference or link does not, by itself, mean that the organization is a confirmed Pickle Travelers partner or that its services are endorsed or guaranteed.

Any purchase, reservation, or activity arranged directly with an independent provider is subject to that provider's own terms. Check prices, availability, cancellation rules, accessibility, and participation requirements directly with the provider.

Proposed integrations with booking systems are not available unless expressly announced as active.

12. Travel and pickleball activities

The current website is an information and interest-registration service. Submitting a form does not book a trip, reserve a court, arrange coaching, or register you for a physical activity.

Pickleball and travel involve practical considerations and risks. Before participating in an activity, assess whether it is appropriate for you and follow the relevant facility's rules and safety instructions.

General website information is not individualized medical, safety, insurance, or travel advice.

These website terms are not a sports participation waiver and do not release anyone from liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any future event or organized activity may require separate terms.

13. Website availability and limitations

We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but the project is developing and information may change. Please contact us if you notice an error or need clarification.

We do not promise uninterrupted website availability, error-free operation, or that every planned feature will be launched.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free website and interest-registration functions are provided on an “as available” basis, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee outcomes such as a particular number of playing opportunities, travel savings, club bookings, or future membership benefits.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability or consumer protection that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

14. Ending participation or restricting access

You may stop using the website or ask to withdraw your traveler registration or club inquiry at any time. Contact us using the details below.

We may reject fraudulent or duplicate submissions, restrict access associated with misuse, or suspend website functions for security, maintenance, or legal reasons.

We may also pause or discontinue the project during its interest-gathering stage. If we do, handling of existing personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Ending participation does not automatically remove every record. Information retention and deletion requests are addressed in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the project develops. We will publish the revised terms here and update the effective date.

Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement to material changes. Changes will not retroactively alter a separate agreement or remove rights that have already arisen.

Paid memberships and club partnerships, if introduced, will require the relevant additional terms before purchase or participation.

16. Questions and general terms

If you have a concern about the website or a submission, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising a legal right or making a complaint to a regulator.

These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive a right to bring an individual or class claim. Applicable law determines the rights and procedures available in a dispute.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it on another.

These terms address the current website, traveler waitlist, and club-interest process. They do not replace a separate written agreement later entered into with you or your club.
